Wild & Wise Day Retreat

  • Danes Farm Stables
Little Berkhamsted Lane Hertford, England United Kingdom (map)

Join Kate and me amongst the hay fields, ancient woodland and a herd of horses at Danes Farm, for a gently held day of movement, awareness, nature and connection. Bringing our complementary approaches together, this retreat combines somatic movement practice with nature-based and equine-facilitated work to create an experiential day exploring how greater awareness of our bodies, the natural world and the relationships around us can support regulation, resilience, presence and choice in everyday life.

Throughout the day, we invite curiosity rather than performance, awareness rather than achievement, and connection rather than striving.

All activities are ground-based and designed to be accessible, welcoming and gently paced.
