I live with my family in Brighton, UK.
I am a somatic practitioner traditionally trained in craniosacral therapy and Scaravelli-inspired yoga with a Master's degree in psychology. In January 2026, I will begin a PhD at the University of Sussex, researching innovative, fascia-informed somatic interventions for body image disturbance and eating disorders.
My practice is driven by a deep curiosity about the brain-mind-body relationship, as well as a desire to support others through embodied approaches to health and wellbeing. In addition to my private practice, I work as an assistant psychologist in the NHS, supporting people living with functional seizures.
Over the past two decades, I have immersed myself in mind-body practices, and since 2018 have studied fascia under the mentorship of Dr Joanne Avison. I edited the second edition of Dr Avison’s book Yoga, Fascia, Anatomy and Movement, contributed a chapter to Myofascial Magic in Action, and have developed several fascia-informed CPD courses for movement and bodywork practitioners.
