Nestled in the hills of the South Downs, near Shoreham, West Sussex, is a beautiful, secluded barn with stunning views stretching down to the sea.
With so much room for movement, we can really explore floor work and how we move in and through space.
Here is what to expect…
Juicy somatic movement that will take you through a journey exploring deep bodily connections, pathways, patterns and sensations that orient you to a felt sense of wholeness, fluidity, connection, integration and soft strength.
Re-connecting with developmental movement, from embryo to infant, and how these patterns influence body organisation, perception and force transmission.
A delicious, home-cooked Asian inspired lunch, plus refreshments courtesy of my wing man, Mr ThaiAngle
Walking in Nature to connect with the land and explore this lovely nook of the South Downs.
To close the retreat, I’m thrilled that Emma, who is both the farmer who built this place and a sound bath practitioner, will be taking us on a 1-hour sonic deep dive with her array of instruments. A beautiful end to our day together.
